Launch Blitz helps users turn a website URL into a structured marketing plan, including brand analysis, campaign outlines, channel-specific creative direction, and publishing workflows. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit to the Service, including URLs, prompts, brand assets, campaign inputs, and other workspace content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service for you.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, or creates security, legal, or reputational risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byLaunch Blitz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase paid access, rollout support, credits, or any other paid offering from Launch Blitz, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

  • Recurring subscriptions, if offered, renew unless cancelled
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCH BLITZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Launch Blitz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Launch Blitz regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
